The Young Republicans of Texas were proud to be vocal participants in the Republican primary as part of our mission to shape the future of the Texas GOP. The following letter from our Chairman, Isaac Laster, reiterates our commitment to unity and total Republican victory this November.
YRT members have been energized by our primary endorsements and subsequent victories. All of our statewide endorsements now go forward to further victories in November, and we are ready to fight for them!
We are proud of the way we have shaped the landscape of this election season through our endorsements and cutting edge resolutions, many of which have subsequently been incorporated into the party platform. Going into the general election, we are all in for party unity and a sweeping Republican victory. We are excited to work alongside the new RPT leadership, D’rinda Randall and David Covey, as well as all new party officials.
We will continue to look past intraparty disagreements to focus on a victory for Texans in November. We encourage everyone to support the Republican ticket including Ken Paxton, Greg Abbott, Dan Patrick, Mayes Middleton, Don Huffines, Dawn Buckingham, Nate Sheets, Bo French, Jimmy Blacklock, James Sullivan, Kyle Hawkins, Brett Busby, Thomas Smith, Kevin Patrick Yeary, and John Messinger.
