DALLAS, Texas, August 6, 2026. The Young Republicans of Texas, the official youth auxiliary of the Republican Party of Texas, announced today that Steve Bannon will headline the organization’s 2026 Annual Convention on Saturday, October 17 in Dallas.
Bannon headlines both the convention and the evening celebration that closes it, giving members and guests a full day with one of the most influential voices in the conservative movement. The Annual Convention is the organization’s annual statewide gathering, drawing members from all 22 chapters across Texas for the convention business session, statewide networking, and the evening celebration.

About Steve Bannon
Steve Bannon served as White House Chief Strategist during the first Trump administration and hosts War Room, one of the most listened-to programs in conservative media. He previously served as executive chairman of Breitbart News. His appearance in Dallas gives Texas conservatives a rare in-person opportunity to hear him outside the national media circuit.
